The selection criteria for our training team at Mandarin InterCulture are very strict. All our trainers are graduates, with additional teaching qualifications and classroom experience. They are selected for their flexibility with teaching materials and ability to adapt to the participants' requirements.
As well as the criteria outlined above, we are very careful when selecting our trainers to choose people with personal characteristics that match our style - openness, communicativeness, empathy, patience and humour for example - and by this means ensure that our trainers will always strike the right note, even with the most demanding participants.
