Culture-specific training with interaction-oriented aspects comprising theoretical input and interactive exercises, analysis of case studies, interactive discussion and presentation
Contents:
Focused insight into Chinese culture and communications to ensure that you communicate smoothly with your Chinese business partners or Chinese colleagues, helping you to achieve your business goals successfully. Dealing with critical situations and avoiding conflicts
Target groups:
- International Business Leadership (executives, managers and project leaders) in Germany, UK. and China,
- Other international team members who work with or in China.
Trainer:
For each training there will be two native speaker trainers. (German or English and Chinese)
